A buyer toured The Reserve in late October and none of the lots currently available were right for his plans. He preferred to purchase one that was not on the list. The sales team petitioned the developer to release the lot out of sequence so the buyer could make an offer. The price was lower than the developer would have liked, but the terms of the contract were otherwise very favorable. The developer accepted the offer at $85,000 for Lot 34 which is at the south end of The Reserve and backs up to the butterfly habitat land to the east.
The very best time to buy in The Reserve is during the slower buying months of the year - October through April. The developer sold Lot 34 at a significant discount due to the time of the year and the details of the offer.
