Community Mail Center - housed in a beautiful cottage near the entry to The Reserve. The Cottage currently serves as a sales center, but will ultimately turned over to the Homeowner's Association and will be available for Association functions and private gatherings upon request from members.

Community Sanitary Plant - Instead of installing a large septic tank and individual drain field on each lot - leaving repair and maintenance to the owners - the community system functions more like a municipal sewage plant.

Community Park - This large park is set aside for the enjoyment of residents and equipped with wonderful play structures, picnic areas, a fire pit and attractive gazebo. It was designed to enhance the historic and romantic atmosphere of Gearhart.
