Our Company
Meet the team behind the Coastal Living experience in Gearhart, Oregon!
Reserve at Gearhart, LLC is a Washington firm, also registered in Oregon, with members who have extensive experience in home building and property development. It is a combination of individuals with backgrounds in finance, construction, and real estate who were offered the opportunity to take this preliminary plan for the development and bring it into being controlling all aspects of the process.
The members of the company realized that this piece of property was very special, in a very desirable location, surrounded by wonderful neighborhoods in a very historic city. With these thoughts in mind, the vision for the Reserve at Gearhart is that of a pleasant traditional neighborhood, only steps from the ocean and minutes to the amenities of Seaside, Cannon Beach, numerous area parks, and other attractions. The goal is to make this property a special place that can be enjoyed year around by either permanent residents, or as seasonal homes.
